Roughly the size of Rhode Island, Yosemite is home to many quintessential vistas including El Capitan, Half Dome, Tunnel View, and Bridalveil and Yosemite Falls. Let us not forget about the population of Ancient Giant Sequoia trees estimated over 3000 years old. Additionally, the photo workshop was our opportunity to trace Ansel Adams' footsteps and afford our amateur attempts at mirroring many of Mr. Adams' iconic Black & White images he recorded ever since his first visit at age 12. We thank our workshop leader, Alex Hansen, who also reinforced Yosemite was made for Black & White imagery.
